Room Magazine’s 2011 Fiction, Poetry, and Creative Non-fiction Contest is taking entries until July 15.

My short story “Ghosting” took second place in Room’s  2009 Fiction Contest, and was published in Room’s print magazine, Issue 33.1:  http://www.roommagazine.com/backissues/33_1/index.html

The story is about a woman who drives back to Saskatchewan from BC with her 18-month-old daughter — but when a blizzard strikes, she has to face her fears, and her past.
